Your referral credit
Give a friend your code and they get £20 off their first booking. Once they've had their first visit, you get £20 off one of yours: enter your own code when you pay.
Cancelling
- A visit, 48 hours or more before it: it goes back into your pack, or a single visit is refunded in full. Message us to cancel.
- Less than 48 hours before: it can't be refunded or returned to your pack, because your chef has kept that time for you.
- Stopping a pack: we refund the visits you haven't had. The ones you have had are charged at the full single-visit price.
- Within 14 days of booking, you can cancel for any reason and only pay for visits you've already had.
- Pack visits must be used within 6 months of buying the pack.
