Tell us anything that matters. We cannot work around what we do not know about, and food is prepared in your kitchen, which may handle other allergens.
Allergy and dietary information counts as health data, so we only hold it with your permission. It goes to us and to your chef, nobody else, and it is deleted 12 months after your last visit, or sooner if you ask. See our privacy policy. You can withdraw this at any time, though we would not then be able to cook around it.
